The complete wedding package and our most cost effective. Probably why it is also one of our more often requested. Highly recommended

Wedding Video Titles

The film opens with the music of your choice, and we recommend your 2nd favourite song for this sequence and then progresses through your opening titles to:

Bride's Final Preparations and Home Visit

Bride's final preparations, hair, make up etc. The fitting of the button holes. The bride's entrance i.e. down the stairs. We will be particularly aware of the emotional reaction of the Bride's parents at this time and this is a part of the day that you wish to be captured on film, to be viewed at a later date when you can appreciate the significance of the moment and feelings of all concerned. The Bride leaving for the church [ if time permits ].

Memory Sequence

A montage of shots taken from family archives showing the Bride growing up with the introduction of the Groom at the appropriate time. Material can be taken from still photos or video. Montage sequence is then edited & audio dubbed to a suitable soundtrack that will evoke emotions that reflect the visuals on screen.

Second Camera Operator

This gives you the option of filming the Bride leaving home for the last time as a single woman and having all the action captured at the church, all in real time.

The Wedding Ceremony

  • Exterior shots of the church/reg office.
  • Groom & guests arriving.
  • Interior shots of church and congregation.
  • Brides arrival.
  • Bride's photo call with father.
  • Bride entering church.
  • The Bridal March.
  • The service.
  • The signing of the register.
  • Outside church for photo with family & friends.
  • Bride and Groom leaving for the reception.

One location, continuous coverage.

We will arrive approx. 90 min's before the service is due to start and will continue coverage until everyone has left the church.

The Wedding Reception Venue

  • Interior and exterior shots of the reception venue.
  • The Bridal party welcoming guests to the reception venue.
  • Any photo call at the venue and welcome drinks and canapes.
  • Receiving Line if applicable.

The Wedding Day Breakfast

Clips of the waiters serving each course, so even when the food has been enjoyed, the memory lingers on.  This is when the celebrations really start and we usually find that your guests now start to let their hair down and play to the cameras. Of course, if we feel that any of your guests feel uncomfortable with being filmed we respect their wishes.  But in general, we find ourselves constantly being called from table to table as your guests learn to trust us.

The Cutting of the Wedding Cake

With special attention to detail i.e. figurines, piping, etc.

The Speeches

These are filmed in entirety and inter cut with insert edits, cutaway and reaction shots of your guests.

The First Dance

[ to commence by 8.45 pm]
With original soundtrack to begin with and then seamlessly merging the ambient track and CD quality audio dubbing, for clarity, until merging back to original soundtrack for the applause of the guests and any congratulatory remarks of the DJ.

VoxPos - Best Wishes to Camera

Guests speaking to camera with special messages and congratulations. Presented as picture-in-picture or full screen.

Buffet, Evening Disco, Wedding Arch

The Buffet and the cutting of the cake with special attention to detail i.e. figurines, piping. The Disco and guests dancing. The Arch sequence culminating in the couples farewells, paying particular attention to the Bride and parents. Bride and Groom leaving for their honeymoon.

The Grooms Departure

[ up to 12. 00pm ]
If the couple are leaving by private hire car, then we'll film them being waived off.  This is when Mum and Dad's tears flow once more (or on the other hand, they give a hearty cheer).

If you are staying in the reception hotel, then we'll film you making your way, from your guests, up the staircase and heading to your room.

Highlights of the Wedding Day

Set to the songs of your choice. End sequence can be in colour, black and white [very popular], sepia, old movie effect, picture-in-picture, slow motion [again very popular] or SFX.

Credits

The names of the bridal party and any special participants ie the vicar or priest.
[ up to 20 names ]

Dream Sequence

A dreamy romantic sequence of soft focus shots covering the day's events. Filmed in ultra slow motion and reproduced in full colour with multiple dissolves and a specially selected and extended instrumental soundtrack.

This package also includes the following edits added to the finished film in post production in our studio.

Black and White Photographs

Stills taken from original footage, rendered to black and white, audio dubbed with camera shutter sound effects, inter-cut during moving footage to emphasize the visuals on screen.

Dissolves/SFX

Transitions between shots so that one picture gently melts into another as opposed to hard cuts where one picture cuts of jumps to the next. Special effects to enhance your enjoyment of the finished video i.e. slow motion, P-I-P, soft focus and audio dubbing. This is the difference between a documentary and an entertaining and romantic wedding film.
